Copying Any Google File!

While we are tech agnostic here at Pam Fergusson Charitable Trust, we’ve chosen to share our lesson plans using Google Folders.

The majority of the teachers we work with use Google, or at least everyone can access it (the links we share are usually “anyone can view”) so it’s an easy-peasy solution to get our content in your hot little hands.

One of the most common questions, (or rather internal Google requests) we get is “Can I have edit rights”?

It’s a fair question, you want to make the content your own, but what most of you want to do, is make a copy really!

So here’s a top tip for you all!

Simply by changing the word “edit” in the link to the word “copy” you make a copy straight in your Drive!
