Krishna Khatri-Chetri

Personal Statement:

Krishna has worked in custom digital fabrication professionally for a number of years. He can lead you through the process of design and fabrication from idea to finished product. He’s worked on projects ranging from small one-time builds for an individual to large-scale props for a Hollywood motion picture. Krishna has worked in various professional makerspaces, including at Auckland University of Technology as their digital fabrication maker space technician and is helping tertiary-level students make their project ideas and research into real tangible objects. Krishna is passionate about bringing his vast industry knowledge on digital fabrication into the education industry and has already helped several schools make use of hardware (such as 3D Printers, and CNC cutters) that have fallen to the side, unused because an enthusiastic former expert has moved on.

Krishna is an accredited PLD facilitator through the Ministry of Education.
